What's for dinner?

Bought some fish that I'll probably pan-fry. NFI what veggies to put with it, I'm really bored of just steaming them. Saw Jamie Oliver do some funky thing with peas and veggie stock last night on tv, might give that a go.

Last night was chicken breast and green beans. Tonight might be similar unless we happen to have nicer veggie options in the freezer. Must. get. groceries.

Last night I made spicy honey bbq ribs, skillet roasted red potatoes, and steamed brocolli.

Tonight I will be roasting a lemon herb chicken, with pan gravy, brown rice, and green beans

Last night was spicy crock pot carnitas tacos.
Tonight I made a broccoli, garlic, mushroom, and spinach quinoa salad with some blue cheese, smoked provolone, and buffalo sauce mixed in then I made baked breaded chicken tenders from scratch and then brushed them with some buffalo sauce.

A hunk of baguette with olive oil and pepper, and a Belgian Double Homebrew. Can you tell it's crunch time around here?

today i made veggie spaghetti with mushrooms and squash! it was RIDIC plus i got this awesome rosemary parm cheese to top it all off plus last week i went to the beverly hills cheese store and got AWESOME olive oil and dipping balsamic holy shit i've eaten it everyday.

Last night I had 1.5 lbs of roasted asparagus and some frozen, thawed berries with honey. Yes, I love asparagus!

Tonight I might be going out to dinner later (in the next 3-4 hours), so for now I'm munching on roasted chickpeas (sesame oil, sea salt, fresh pepper, cayenne, garlic powder, and parmesan) while finishing up an assignment due tomorrow.

These chickpeas are pretty awesome--I'm going to be making these more often!
