Tuna fish - Bryan Kienlen

Postby Ms Minx on Wed Sep 28, 2005 9:31 am

"I open a can of tuna (chunk or solid white - not "light", a.k.a
lips-n-butts) and I throw some hot sauce on top and eat it out of the can
with a fork. Clean mean protein.
That's it, I can't cook for shit."

ouch! how about starting with chunk light tuna in water (not oil) Put in a bowl add mayo (using miricle whip will get you a punch in the face) fresh ground black pepper, fresh crushed garlic, little sea salt and VERY thinly sliced celery. fold that shit together cuz straight stirring willl make it gnarley. use on any form of Rye or sour. or get all fancy and putter the bread, put a slice of cheese on er and fry that shit in a pan. it's called a tuna melt.

I like to add onions and relish to my tuna melts..

Also, as funky as it may sound adding a hard broiled egg into the mix is damn good.. i'm hungry now.. and out of tuna. :?
