only to cross security and buy a very expensive pair in the airport shop...

so the question was "what am i going to do if i'm a hijacker, pluck the pilots eyebrows?"

they pluck the forehead clean, and draw eyebrows back on like Osama Bin Laden's.

yeah, for a long time there, they got a little crazy with the rules, but then again, the hijackers supposedly had box cutters as weapons. i don't know about anybody else, but i have been carrying a box cutter in my pocket like this one

for 16 years. the exposed blade when opened is maybe 3/4". not much, but if that's all the terrorists had, then i don't really see what the fuss was about. seriously, in my mind, if one person lunged at the terrorist who was only armed with 3/4" of blade, the first guy may have gotten a nasty cut, but the second guy coulda knocked the terrorist senseless. with that knowledge, i would be more concerned with liquid explosives n gases that could cause much more damage much more quickly...

I put a new playlist on my mp3 player everytime i fly on a plane, and try to make it take up more time that i have incase i don't actually feel like a couple of the songs.

Im a giant fan of drinking while flying. I did it enroute to Germany from England. Which was only a short flight. But hell... its germany. What else is there to do:P.

Plus... any Canadians... Porter Air is a new air line... and its all Ill fly now. Free drinks! And that means booze!

Also... in my travels... Ive learnt that most airline companies are subject to law to whichever province/state/country you are landing in... Good to keep in mind.

I couldnt drink on the plane flying to Canada from England when I was 18 because liquor age here is 19. But on the way to England I could because its 18 there I believe... I dunno... All i know is they were letting me drink.

Painting my nails on a flight sounds like a really good idea actually. Usually i'm an idiot and start touching things with my fingers while the varnish is still wet, and then wonder WHY they're all smudged -_______-' ... but on a plane, with nothing else to do ... awh yeah.

Also my mum had her hairdressing scissors confiscated from her at the airport. Pain in the ass when i needed to cut my fringe, i tells you!
