if i'm assuming correctly, you mean the end cap to the heel? that should be fairly easy to glue back on. clean off both surfaces with isopropyl alcohol, let them try a few minutes. add a tiny drop of super glue to the heel and the end cap, then press together. hold in place for 30 seconds or so. you should be good as new.
