Hi people, My name is Pedro Vasseur and I'm 20 years old. I live in a city called Belo Horizonte in Brazil.
I'm into psychobilly, rockabilly, punk rock, ska... Realy love music and DIY. I study geography in college but going to quit for a while to dedicate my time for other projects (new band, promoting some events in my city, traveling...)
Thats it hope to make some friends here.

Whereabouts is Belo Horizonte? That's a fun name, so I'm curious as to where it is in Brazil.
I gotta admit, I know brazil musically for either Metal, or for Samba/bossa

Belo Horizonte is in the southeast of brazil, in the state of minas gerais. In the 80's there was a huge metal scene here, Sepultura is from here, also other great metal bands such as Overdose, Sarcófago and Chakal.

Cool! Yeah, Overdose is still a favorite of mine, even if I'm not a big fan of metal. and Max, from Sepultura is while not exactly a friend, a guy I'm friendly with when I've seen him in Phoenix.
So, is there a big Psycho scene there, or a big Rockabilly scene? Hope you don't mind the questions, I'm just fascinated with your part of the world, and, apart from my friend Luis, who's from Columbia, I don't know too many people from your whole continent....

Here in Belo Horizonte there isnt a psychobilly/rockabilly scene, there was a band called Os Baratas Tontas in the 90's, now its kind of dead, but here is the brazilliam capital of Surf Music, and we dont even have beachs here in our state hauauahua.
But brazil has a big cene, specially in Curitiba (in the south of brazil) where it happens two big festivals, Psycho Carnival and Psychobilly Fest, and its the homecity of Os Catalépticos, Sick Sick Sinners, Frenetic Trio, Hillbilly Rawhide, Ovos Presley and recently the Frantic Flintstones!
